In my opinoen there is nothing better than supporting employees in being haelthy. anyway it happened to me that some employees felt uncomfortable with a health-incentive program because they thought their health is their private issue and I shouldn't care.

Lately I wrote a very extensive article on corporate wellness programs and to expand on the topic, I looked around the internet for more quality information.

I thought this article was interesting especially since I've started a new job that requires a lot of sitting and computer work. After a couple months into the job I was experiencing lower back pain and now...neck strain. I'm going to try stretching and taking 5 minute breaks more often. Thanks!

Every office should have at least one ergonomic accessory. It doesn't even have to be a chair. My coworker has a foot balancer that helps keep her feet and calves from getting sore during the day; another coworker uses the electric massager on his back for a ten minute break too. We all switched to ergonomically design chairs which I really believe really helped my back aches that I recieved hunching over the computer. We got all of our stuff at OfficeDesigns.com because we love the people that work there, their incredible selection and, of course, the free shipping. It's completely worth every penny.
