		<description>It&#039;s so important that corporations start taking responsibility for employee problems such as these.  I just read the book Raise the Bottom by Arthur M. Jackson, a recovering alcoholic himself, and it addresses all of the problems that arise in the workplace that come from alcoholism specifically.  These go hand-in-hand and it should be more recognized.
